Dear Errol I am writing to say thank you so very much for getting me furnished in my new office so quickly. The furniture is perfect – it looks great and it is very functional. I am very grateful you were able to have it ordered and delivered so quickly.  I would also like to acknowledge Daniel and Ryan for their work delivering and assembling the furniture. Hi Errol and Keith, I’ve been meaning for some time to share with you our gratitude for the service you have provided over the past twelve months, especially during the busy September to February period. You have made my job a lot easier and a lot simpler  with the prompt response time to all queries and your capacity to supply on time and in full all orders. I think you go above and beyond the service other suppliers provide and that is evident at all levels, right down to the delivery guys, nothing is too hard. Thank-you very much for your service and help with our library shelves. They look good in our new building now we just have to get the finishing touches done on the building and we can start to move our books across and set up our library. Jon was out today installing the screens. They look fabulous and we are very pleased. Jon is a great guy, all the staff have mentioned how lovely and helpful he has been so please pass on our thanks to Jon (I was out at a meeting when he finished up).

Just a quick note to say thank you for the safe delivery of the furniture. We have installed them in the library and I would have to say that the children are very excited. I had to limit the amount of time that they could sit on the yellow tub chairs so that everyone could have a turn. It was quite entertaining to watch.

I wanted to let you know how satisfied we are with the service we receive from Eclipse and with the products you supply. We love the fact we are supporting a local business and the turn- around time, especially for shelving is impressive.
