DELIVERY - TERMS & CONDITIONS
DIRECT DELIVERY FEE
The following "Delivery Fees" apply to deliveries of standard, ex stock product, on a per order / per delivery basis.
Perth Metropolitan Area - Product purchased from the price list is FIS to Customers Warehouse (Ground Floor) or to a Nominated Carrier.
Delivery fees will apply for;
Above Ground Floor Deliveries,
Direct to your Customer's Warehouse, or Site and Non Standard Product.
Perth Metropolitan Area - Direct delivery to Customers client;
Ground Floor: Refer to Price list
Above Ground Floor: Refer to Price list (a lift must be available) an additional fee will be added to deliveries using stairs. As additional staff will be required. Delivery fees will vary depending on type and quantity of product ordered.
The Perth Metropolitan Delivery Area is defined as the areas bounded by Joondalup, Midvale, Kalamunda, Roleystone, Armadale, Rockingham.
Any deliveries made outside these areas will incur additional delivery fees. Price on Application.
Deliveries to the Rockingham area, will generally be on Wednesdays only.
Deliveries to the Mandurah area, occur on alternate Wednesday's. delivery dates and delivery fees on application.
Perth Central CBD - Due to Restricted Building Access, Delivery and Parking Restraints in the Perth CBD area the following MINIMUM delivery fees will apply;
Ground Floor: $130.00 per delivery plus GST. (Subject to change without notice)
Above Ground Floor: $180.00 per delivery plus GST. (Subject to change without notice)
The Perth Central CBD Delivery Area is defined as the areas bounded by Plain Street, Riverside Drive, Thomas Road and Graham Farmer Freeway.
Additional fees may apply depending on delivery location and access. These fees do not include placement charges. Customers are required to complete our "Direct Delivery Request Form" prior to quotation.
If information supplied is inaccurate additional fees may be charged.
CBD Vehicle/Truck Parking
For CBD projects where parking of our Vehicle/Truck may be required, a parking bay/s may need to be allocated for our Vehicle/Truck for the period of the project.
Should Access Office Industries is required to book a bay or bay/s, we reserve the right to pass on these charges inclusive of handling fees to our customer.
Staff are available between 7.30am and 15.00pm
We request that at the time of delivery, particularly for large projects, your company representative be on site. To be able to confirm / supervise the delivery arrangements and to confirm quantities received.
The prices contained in this Price List exclude "Goods and Services Tax" (GST), please add GST to these prices.
We reserve the right to charge an additional Delivery Fee/s where;
Deliveries have failed due to misinformation about the site have been provided,
Arrangements have not been suitably met,
The Site is not ready to be able to accept our goods,
Our Truck has been turned away for reasons out of our control.

The Campaspe Regional Library Echuca officially opened on August 24, 2012. There are many stunning aspects within this facility, one of which is our wonderful shelving supplied by Eclipse Commercial Furniture. A range of mobile and static shelving provide the flexibility we were after, as well as incorporating face out shelving which helps promote our collection. The custom designed DVD, Audio and Picture book shelving work particularly well as they are easy for the customers to use as well as being appealing pieces of furniture. The slat wall bay panels colour and design complement the rest of the library's interior colours. The addition of iPad holders have proved to be a popular and very workable alternative to the traditional bay end opac. Access Office also provided a number of lap top tables which are terrific and are placed all through out the library. We are exceptionally pleased with the end result and thank Eclipse Commercial Furniture for completing this part of the project for us and for addressing any problems that arose during the installation.< /p>
