Hi Errol and Keith, I’ve been meaning for some time to share with you our gratitude for the service you have provided over the past twelve months, especially during the busy September to February period. You have made my job a lot easier and a lot simpler  with the prompt response time to all queries and your capacity to supply on time and in full all orders. I think you go above and beyond the service other suppliers provide and that is evident at all levels, right down to the delivery guys, nothing is too hard. I wanted to let you know how satisfied we are with the service we receive from Eclipse and with the products you supply. Thanks for your support during our recent library upgrade. Your advice with regard to shelving was extremely useful, and the service provided by your team as we implemented the shelving was excellent. You kept us informed at each stage of the process, and your team was extremely flexible in responding to our needs.We are extremely pleased with the results.

My thanks to the Access Office team. Installati on was quick and clean, shelves are looking fabulous and literally everyone who walks into the shop, comments on how great it looks. One comment was “we look like a real bookshop now”, another “so professional looking”. We are very happy with the quality of the shelves, workmanship, time involved from order to installation and the service from all of you.
