I wanted to let you know how satisfied we are with the service we receive from Eclipse and with the products you supply. We love the fact we are supporting a local business and the turn- around time, especially for shelving is impressive. Hi Stacy, Just hoping you can pass on our thanks to Jon and Steve for their work in Parent Liaison today. They were terrific. Jon’s very calm and had everything well in hand. He and Steve systematically navigated the existing desks etc., Carefully dismantled and removed the old partitions with minimal fuss. They tidied and made good our area well, so we could keep working after they’d finished. And the new partitions installed so far look lovely – the blue is great. They’ll be most welcome when they return on 30 June with the remaining panels and to replace one they discovered had a dent when unwrapped today.

Jon was out today installing the screens. They look fabulous and we are very pleased. Jon is a great guy, all the staff have mentioned how lovely and helpful he has been so please pass on our thanks to Jon (I was out at a meeting when he finished up).

Thank Jon for us, he was amazing today and you and your crew putting all of this together for us at the last minute. We really couldn’t have asked for better service, we really really appreciate it!

Hi Errol and Keith, I’ve been meaning for some time to share with you our gratitude for the service you have provided over the past twelve months, especially during the busy September to February period. You have made my job a lot easier and a lot simpler  with the prompt response time to all queries and your capacity to supply on time and in full all orders. Thank you so much for our beautiful Christmas Hamper. What a lovely kind and generous gesture. We look forward to enjoying the contents at our last team meeting for the year next Wednesday. We love our shelving and the idea of mobile really came to the fore last month as we rearranged the library to accommodate a large art exhibition. Was so easy, quick and safe to do!
