You have made my job a lot easier and a lot simpler  with the prompt response time to all queries and your capacity to supply on time and in full all orders. I think you go above and beyond the service other suppliers provide and that is evident at all levels, right down to the delivery guys, nothing is too hard. Thank you so much for our beautiful Christmas Hamper. What a lovely kind and generous gesture. We look forward to enjoying the contents at our last team meeting for the year next Wednesday. Thank you so much for your gift and your ongoing assistance with great products. We love our shelving and the idea of mobile really came to the fore last month as we rearranged the library to accommodate a large art exhibition. Was so easy, quick and safe to do! Jon was out today installing the screens. They look fabulous and we are very pleased. Jon is a great guy, all the staff have mentioned how lovely and helpful he has been so please pass on our thanks to Jon (I was out at a meeting when he finished up).

Hi Errol We are so excited with our new shelving for the junior section and have sent some photos through for Jon to enjoy. Please pass them on. Talking to Jon has put  more thoughts in our heads moving forward for the rest of the financial year (and hopefully beyond) so stay tuned and fingers cross we will be talking soon about some exiting things we hope to do for other sections in our library. Hi,  Two weeks ago I sent an email reporting some chairs previously purchased were not working properly. A gentleman came out to check the broken chairs and promptly fixed them.  He then took the time to go through each and every chair brought and ensure they were all okay.  Then I ordered a filing cabinet.  This was delivered swiftly by a friendly, helpful delivery man.  I would like to say thank you to you all for providing such a wonderful service, from point of sale to after sale service.  Love your work Access Office Staff J.< /p> Kind est regards, Fiona

Thank-you very much for your service and help with our library shelves. They look good in our new building now we just have to get the finishing touches done on the building and we can start to move our books across and set up our library.
