My thanks to the Access Office team. Installati on was quick and clean, shelves are looking fabulous and literally everyone who walks into the shop, comments on how great it looks. One comment was “we look like a real bookshop now”, another “so professional looking”. We are very happy with the quality of the shelves, workmanship, time involved from order to installation and the service from all of you.

I have a Book Fair running this week, so the greater school community are coming in, and the looks on parents/studen ts faces says it all :) :) ! The transformation is pretty amazing, and once again, I can’t thank you enough for being so helpful with the entire process Errol. Hi Stacy, Just hoping you can pass on our thanks to Jon and Steve for their work in Parent Liaison today. They were terrific. Jon’s very calm and had everything well in hand. He and Steve systematically navigated the existing desks etc., Carefully dismantled and removed the old partitions with minimal fuss. They tidied and made good our area well, so we could keep working after they’d finished. And the new partitions installed so far look lovely – the blue is great. They’ll be most welcome when they return on 30 June with the remaining panels and to replace one they discovered had a dent when unwrapped today.

Wh en we spoke on Friday, you had a pleasant and efficient phone manner which immediately gave me confidence that you would make the exchange of my desk riser hassle free. Despite getting the run-around in the rabbit warren of our hospital, you took the time to configure the new desk riser. Errol and the rest of the team have done an excellent job assisting us in putting together an affordable package of attractive and functional furniture for our recent reading lounge refurbishment. Jon was out today installing the screens. They look fabulous and we are very pleased. Jon is a great guy, all the staff have mentioned how lovely and helpful he has been so please pass on our thanks to Jon (I was out at a meeting when he finished up).
