Hello I just wanted to say thank you for the very speedy service and ease of purchasing. My ottomans were delivered and within about 15 minutes of me unwrapping them they were in full use, and all the other staff are very jealous! Thanks again. Kindest regards Shelley Antoni

Good afternoon Errol Just wanted to send you a quick note to say that we received our shelving and once again we are grateful for your efficiency and helpfulness. Please pass onto those involved who have helped us with our delivery. Have a wonderful Christmas and stay safe and will touch base with you again in the new year. My thanks to the Access Office team. Installati on was quick and clean, shelves are looking fabulous and literally everyone who walks into the shop, comments on how great it looks. One comment was “we look like a real bookshop now”, another “so professional looking”. We are very happy with the quality of the shelves, workmanship, time involved from order to installation and the service from all of you.

A great job well done and response to issues fantastic, look forward to more projects down the track. Kind Regards, Davyd | Project Coordinator Facilities Management

Hi Stacy, Just hoping you can pass on our thanks to Jon and Steve for their work in Parent Liaison today. They were terrific. Jon’s very calm and had everything well in hand. He and Steve systematically navigated the existing desks etc., Carefully dismantled and removed the old partitions with minimal fuss. They tidied and made good our area well, so we could keep working after they’d finished. And the new partitions installed so far look lovely – the blue is great. They’ll be most welcome when they return on 30 June with the remaining panels and to replace one they discovered had a dent when unwrapped today.

Thank you so much. All chairs delivered today. The guys were wonderful in helping to distribute them to classrooms. Thanks again for all your help. Thanks Terri

Hi Stacey. Thank you so much for processing this so promptly. Sincere apologies for the changes, Access are always our go to for our office furniture and we will in contact as soon as plans have been confirmed by Management. Please also pass on apologies to Karen in Sales who is always so fantastic to deal with and goes above on beyond. Her hard work does not go unnoticed. Thank you again. Kind regards,  Jane

Hi Jamie   Big thank you for the two new service pod desks and to Karl for helping us out to get them set up. Both are now in situ and get the big thumbs up.   Thank you Clara

Hi Errol and Keith, I’ve been meaning for some time to share with you our gratitude for the service you have provided over the past twelve months, especially during the busy September to February period. You have made my job a lot easier and a lot simpler  with the prompt response time to all queries and your capacity to supply on time and in full all orders. I think you go above and beyond the service other suppliers provide and that is evident at all levels, right down to the delivery guys, nothing is too hard. Thanks again and we look forward to continuing our business relationship with you. Cheers Eoin

Also those chairs are fantastic. I’ve actually had a customer come in today who was so impressed she took a couple of photos and may get in touch for supplying her whole medical practice. Best regards' Kate
