  • Thank-you very much for your service and help with our library shelves. They look good in our new building now we just have to get the finishing touches done on the building and we can start to move our books across and set up our library. • Hi Jon, I write to thank you for your outstanding service. Wh en we spoke on Friday, you had a pleasant and efficient phone manner which immediately gave me confidence that you would make the exchange of my desk riser hassle free. Despite getting the run-around in the rabbit warren of our hospital, you took the time to configure the new desk riser. I work in an industry where customer experience is one of our main priorities, it is noticeable that you have the same priority. T hank you again. Rega rds, Oliver St John of God

We love the fact we are supporting a local business and the turn- around time, especially for shelving is impressive. On behalf of the Library Service at Shire of Kalamunda may we wish all at Eclipse a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and a relaxing break with family.

  • Hi Errol We are so excited with our new shelving for the junior section and have sent some photos through for Jon to enjoy. Please pass them on. Talking to Jon has put  more thoughts in our heads moving forward for the rest of the financial year (and hopefully beyond) so stay tuned and fingers cross we will be talking soon about some exiting things we hope to do for other sections in our library. Capel Library,

  • Hi,  Two weeks ago I sent an email reporting some chairs previously purchased were not working properly. A gentleman came out to check the broken chairs and promptly fixed them.  He then took the time to go through each and every chair brought and ensure they were all okay.  Then I ordered a filing cabinet.  This was delivered swiftly by a friendly, helpful delivery man.  I would like to say thank you to you all for providing such a wonderful service, from point of sale to after sale service.  Love your work Access Office Staff J.< /p> Kind est regards, Fiona

LOVE YOUR WORK ACCESS OFFICE STAFF,

  • We needed affordable library shelving as soon as possible and after shopping around we found Access. Not only was their quote substantially cheaper and the shelving products of a high standard but the service was friendly and most helpful and the turn around time extremely quick. We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate in recommending their service to others.
