Hi,  Two weeks ago I sent an email reporting some chairs previously purchased were not working properly. A gentleman came out to check the broken chairs and promptly fixed them.  He then took the time to go through each and every chair brought and ensure they were all okay.  Then I ordered a filing cabinet.  This was delivered swiftly by a friendly, helpful delivery man.  I would like to say thank you to you all for providing such a wonderful service, from point of sale to after sale service.  Love your work Access Office Staff J.< /p> Kind est regards, Fiona

Hi Stacy, Just hoping you can pass on our thanks to Jon and Steve for their work in Parent Liaison today. They were terrific. Jon’s very calm and had everything well in hand. He and Steve systematically navigated the existing desks etc., Carefully dismantled and removed the old partitions with minimal fuss. They tidied and made good our area well, so we could keep working after they’d finished. And the new partitions installed so far look lovely – the blue is great. They’ll be most welcome when they return on 30 June with the remaining panels and to replace one they discovered had a dent when unwrapped today.

Hi Errol and Keith, I’ve been meaning for some time to share with you our gratitude for the service you have provided over the past twelve months, especially during the busy September to February period. My thanks to the Access Office team. Installati on was quick and clean, shelves are looking fabulous and literally everyone who walks into the shop, comments on how great it looks. One comment was “we look like a real bookshop now”, another “so professional looking”. We are very happy with the quality of the shelves, workmanship, time involved from order to installation and the service from all of you.

Good morning gents I wanted to thank you for all your advice, guidance and services this year and to share a few photos with you. Our first exams are underway and the students are experiencing this in our very first set up in the 3 sports halls. Sports hall 1 and 2 are the largest halls, and i think you will agree it looks amazing. We are so excited and relieved and im sure you will understand this feeling. Your advice with regard to shelving was extremely useful, and the service provided by your team as we implemented the shelving was excellent. You kept us informed at each stage of the process, and your team was extremely flexible in responding to our needs.We are extremely pleased with the results.

I have a Book Fair running this week, so the greater school community are coming in, and the looks on parents/studen ts faces says it all :) :) ! The transformation is pretty amazing, and once again, I can’t thank you enough for being so helpful with the entire process Errol.
