Hi,  Two weeks ago I sent an email reporting some chairs previously purchased were not working properly. A gentleman came out to check the broken chairs and promptly fixed them.  He then took the time to go through each and every chair brought and ensure they were all okay.  Then I ordered a filing cabinet.  This was delivered swiftly by a friendly, helpful delivery man.  I would like to say thank you to you all for providing such a wonderful service, from point of sale to after sale service.  Love your work Access Office Staff J.< /p> Kind est regards, Fiona

We needed affordable library shelving as soon as possible and after shopping around we found Access. Not only was their quote substantially cheaper and the shelving products of a high standard but the service was friendly and most helpful and the turn around time extremely quick. We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate in recommending their service to others.

Dear Errol I am writing to say thank you so very much for getting me furnished in my new office so quickly. The furniture is perfect – it looks great and it is very functional. I am very grateful you were able to have it ordered and delivered so quickly.  I would also like to acknowledge Daniel and Ryan for their work delivering and assembling the furniture. Despite the heat that day, they got in and got it done.  I was also impressed with how they consulted me about the position of a power point before they installed the big wall unit.  Please pass on my thanks to your staff.  I won’t hesitate to recommend your company should we need furniture at the school in the future. < /p> Renae As sociate Principal – Years 9 & 10 M ount Lawley Senior High School

Just a quick note to say thank you for the safe delivery of the furniture. We have installed them in the library and I would have to say that the children are very excited. I had to limit the amount of time that they could sit on the yellow tub chairs so that everyone could have a turn. It was quite entertaining to watch.

Thanks Karen, I really appreciate the excellent customer service! Thanks from Deb Team YBS

Dear Errol Our new furniture is lovely. Thanks very much for your care and assistance as well as that of your marvellous team. James and the hard working gentlemen (Peter, Gary and Jon) who did such a great job of the deliveries. They worked quickly, efficiently and were very polite and helpful. Many Thanks

Hi Jon, I write to thank you for your outstanding service. Wh en we spoke on Friday, you had a pleasant and efficient phone manner which immediately gave me confidence that you would make the exchange of my desk riser hassle free. Despite getting the run-around in the rabbit warren of our hospital, you took the time to configure the new desk riser. I work in an industry where customer experience is one of our main priorities, it is noticeable that you have the same priority. T hank you again. Rega rds, Oliver St John of God

Hi Errol We are so excited with our new shelving for the junior section and have sent some photos through for Jon to enjoy. Please pass them on. Talking to Jon has put  more thoughts in our heads moving forward for the rest of the financial year (and hopefully beyond) so stay tuned and fingers cross we will be talking soon about some exiting things we hope to do for other sections in our library. Thanks for everything Kind regards Georgie

My thanks to the Access Office team. Installati on was quick and clean, shelves are looking fabulous and literally everyone who walks into the shop, comments on how great it looks. One comment was “we look like a real bookshop now”, another “so professional looking”. We are very happy with the quality of the shelves, workmanship, time involved from order to installation and the service from all of you.
