Client testimonials

  • My thanks to the Access Office team. Installati on was quick and clean, shelves are looking fabulous and literally everyone who walks into the shop, comments on how great it looks. One comment was “we look like a real bookshop now”, another “so professional looking”. We are very happy with the quality of the shelves, workmanship, time involved from order to installation and the service from all of you.

  • Hi Jon, I write to thank you for your outstanding service. Wh en we spoke on Friday, you had a pleasant and efficient phone manner which immediately gave me confidence that you would make the exchange of my desk riser hassle free. Despite getting the run-around in the rabbit warren of our hospital, you took the time to configure the new desk riser. I work in an industry where customer experience is one of our main priorities, it is noticeable that you have the same priority. T hank you again. Rega rds, Oliver St John of God

    Outstanding service,

  • We needed affordable library shelving as soon as possible and after shopping around we found Access. Not only was their quote substantially cheaper and the shelving products of a high standard but the service was friendly and most helpful and the turn around time extremely quick. We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate in recommending their service to others.

  • I wanted to let you know how satisfied we are with the service we receive from Eclipse and with the products you supply. We love the fact we are supporting a local business and the turn- around time, especially for shelving is impressive. On behalf of the Library Service at Shire of Kalamunda may we wish all at Eclipse a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and a relaxing break with family.

  • Dear Errol I am writing to say thank you so very much for getting me furnished in my new office so quickly. The furniture is perfect – it looks great and it is very functional. I am very grateful you were able to have it ordered and delivered so quickly.  I would also like to acknowledge Daniel and Ryan for their work delivering and assembling the furniture. Despite the heat that day, they got in and got it done.  I was also impressed with how they consulted me about the position of a power point before they installed the big wall unit.  Please pass on my thanks to your staff.  I won’t hesitate to recommend your company should we need furniture at the school in the future. < /p> Renae As sociate Principal – Years 9 & 10 M ount Lawley Senior High School
