When added to the Eclipse "Aragon Ultra chair" this item will give you a "Ratchet Height Adjustable Back"(6 adjustments) with the an added "Pump Action Lumbar" adjustment, IF you need or would like extra lumbar support or find the lumbar cushioning not to be in the right place then this  would make a great Add-On to the Eclipse Aragon Ultra chair for you.
