Hi Jamie   Big thank you for the two new service pod desks and to Karl for helping us out to get them set up. Both are now in situ and get the big thumbs up.   Thank you Clara

Thank you to James, Jamie, Errol, Jon and all the Access staff who worked on this project. Our shelving, bay ends and curvy children’s shelves look brilliant. Your company have been wonderful to work with, so helpful and professional. The installation was a breeze. I am happy to recommend Access to anyone needing an expert solution to their shelving needs. Dear Errol Our new furniture is lovely. Thanks very much for your care and assistance as well as that of your marvellous team. James and the hard working gentlemen (Peter, Gary and Jon) who did such a great job of the deliveries. They worked quickly, efficiently and were very polite and helpful. Many Thanks

Hi Errol and Keith, I’ve been meaning for some time to share with you our gratitude for the service you have provided over the past twelve months, especially during the busy September to February period. You have made my job a lot easier and a lot simpler  with the prompt response time to all queries and your capacity to supply on time and in full all orders. I think you go above and beyond the service other suppliers provide and that is evident at all levels, right down to the delivery guys, nothing is too hard. Thanks again and we look forward to continuing our business relationship with you. Cheers Eoin

I really appreciate the excellent customer service! T hanks from Deb Team YBS

We needed affordable library shelving as soon as possible and after shopping around we found Access. Not only was their quote substantially cheaper and the shelving products of a high standard but the service was friendly and most helpful and the turn around time extremely quick. We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate in recommending their service to others.

Hi Keith Jon delivered the train today, the colour is perfect! Thank you for all Jon has done to rebuild the train.  Many thanks. Vanessa

Hi Stacy, Just hoping you can pass on our thanks to Jon and Steve for their work in Parent Liaison today. They were terrific. Jon’s very calm and had everything well in hand. He and Steve systematically navigated the existing desks etc., Carefully dismantled and removed the old partitions with minimal fuss. They tidied and made good our area well, so we could keep working after they’d finished. And the new partitions installed so far look lovely – the blue is great. They’ll be most welcome when they return on 30 June with the remaining panels and to replace one they discovered had a dent when unwrapped today.

Hi,  Two weeks ago I sent an email reporting some chairs previously purchased were not working properly. A gentleman came out to check the broken chairs and promptly fixed them.  He then took the time to go through each and every chair brought and ensure they were all okay.  Then I ordered a filing cabinet.  This was delivered swiftly by a friendly, helpful delivery man.  I would like to say thank you to you all for providing such a wonderful service, from point of sale to after sale service.  Love your work Access Office Staff J.< /p> Kind est regards, Fiona

Can you please pass on our thanks to Errol and co. for their assistance in getting the lily pad chairs to us? We are thrilled with the finished product, our YA area looks fantastic! Many thanks
