Ausfile® Lateral Filing Cabinets

For high-density storage, the Ausfile® Lateral Filing Cabinet with double-width drawers offers a convenient, space-saving solution. Designed for lateral (back-to-front) filing, these cabinets have a smaller floor footprint—perfect for narrow hallways or entrances.

  • Accommodates standard foolscap suspension files

  • Anti-tilt drawer mechanism prevents accidental overbalancing

  • Optional divider bars allow two rows of files per drawer, effectively doubling storage capacity

  • Hi Stacy, Just hoping you can pass on our thanks to Jon and Steve for their work in Parent Liaison today. They were terrific. Jon’s very calm and had everything well in hand. He and Steve systematically navigated the existing desks etc., Carefully dismantled and removed the old partitions with minimal fuss. They tidied and made good our area well, so we could keep working after they’d finished. And the new partitions installed so far look lovely – the blue is great. They’ll be most welcome when they return on 30 June with the remaining panels and to replace one they discovered had a dent when unwrapped today.

  • Just a quick note to say thank you for the safe delivery of the furniture. We have installed them in the library and I would have to say that the children are very excited. I had to limit the amount of time that they could sit on the yellow tub chairs so that everyone could have a turn. It was quite entertaining to watch.
