Hi,  Two weeks ago I sent an email reporting some chairs previously purchased were not working properly. A gentleman came out to check the broken chairs and promptly fixed them.  He then took the time to go through each and every chair brought and ensure they were all okay.  Then I ordered a filing cabinet.  This was delivered swiftly by a friendly, helpful delivery man.  I would like to say thank you to you all for providing such a wonderful service, from point of sale to after sale service.  Love your work Access Office Staff J.< /p> Kind est regards, Fiona

I wanted to let you know how satisfied we are with the service we receive from Eclipse and with the products you supply. We love the fact we are supporting a local business and the turn- around time, especially for shelving is impressive. On behalf of the Library Service at Shire of Kalamunda may we wish all at Eclipse a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and a relaxing break with family.

Thank Jon for us, he was amazing today and you and your crew putting all of this together for us at the last minute. We really couldn’t have asked for better service, we really really appreciate it!

Hi Jamie, Thank you for doing such a great job with the supply of furniture at Bullsbrook. I was there this morning and it looks great   Thank you.   Kind regards,   Julie-Anne

Just a quick note to say thank you for the safe delivery of the furniture. We have installed them in the library and I would have to say that the children are very excited. I had to limit the amount of time that they could sit on the yellow tub chairs so that everyone could have a turn. It was quite entertaining to watch.

Good afternoon Jon and Karl were at the Padbury Statewide Services Centre today installing screens.    I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalis m, patience and flexibility when completing this work. They were a delight to have working to completing this job Thank you and please pass on my affirmations Warm regards Lorraine

Good afternoon Errol Just wanted to send you a quick note to say that we received our shelving and once again we are grateful for your efficiency and helpfulness. Please pass onto those involved who have helped us with our delivery. Have a wonderful Christmas and stay safe and will touch base with you again in the new year. Hi Jon, I write to thank you for your outstanding service. Wh en we spoke on Friday, you had a pleasant and efficient phone manner which immediately gave me confidence that you would make the exchange of my desk riser hassle free. Despite getting the run-around in the rabbit warren of our hospital, you took the time to configure the new desk riser. I work in an industry where customer experience is one of our main priorities, it is noticeable that you have the same priority. T hank you again. Rega rds, Oliver St John of God
