Thanks Karen, I really appreciate the excellent customer service! Thanks from Deb Team YBS

Just a quick note to say thank you for the safe delivery of the furniture. We have installed them in the library and I would have to say that the children are very excited. I had to limit the amount of time that they could sit on the yellow tub chairs so that everyone could have a turn. It was quite entertaining to watch.

Dear Errol Our new furniture is lovely. Thanks very much for your care and assistance as well as that of your marvellous team. James and the hard working gentlemen (Peter, Gary and Jon) who did such a great job of the deliveries. They worked quickly, efficiently and were very polite and helpful. Many Thanks

I really appreciate the excellent customer service! T hanks from Deb Team YBS

Also those chairs are fantastic. I’ve actually had a customer come in today who was so impressed she took a couple of photos and may get in touch for supplying her whole medical practice. Best regards' Kate

Hello Sylvia, Thanks for your great work in managing the supply and delivery and keeping everyone well informed on progress. Also well done to your guys on site for handling the installation without issue.  All up a great result. GRANT ADAMS  ARCHITECT

Good morning Stacey,   Thank you, yourself and Jon are truly wonderful. Hi Jon, I write to thank you for your outstanding service. Wh en we spoke on Friday, you had a pleasant and efficient phone manner which immediately gave me confidence that you would make the exchange of my desk riser hassle free. Despite getting the run-around in the rabbit warren of our hospital, you took the time to configure the new desk riser. I work in an industry where customer experience is one of our main priorities, it is noticeable that you have the same priority. T hank you again. Rega rds, Oliver St John of God

Hi Errol, I am in Mount Lawley today and got a lovely email and photo from Sarah to tell me the chair had arrived. It looks lovely! I cannot wait to see it myself. Thank you so much for the surprise!   Karen &nb sp;Kar en Gilmore | Manager, Quality & Service Delivery Facili ties and Services Centre  | Edith Cowan University

Hi Stacy, Just hoping you can pass on our thanks to Jon and Steve for their work in Parent Liaison today. They were terrific. Jon’s very calm and had everything well in hand. He and Steve systematically navigated the existing desks etc., Carefully dismantled and removed the old partitions with minimal fuss. They tidied and made good our area well, so we could keep working after they’d finished. And the new partitions installed so far look lovely – the blue is great. They’ll be most welcome when they return on 30 June with the remaining panels and to replace one they discovered had a dent when unwrapped today.
