Hi,  Two weeks ago I sent an email reporting some chairs previously purchased were not working properly. A gentleman came out to check the broken chairs and promptly fixed them.  He then took the time to go through each and every chair brought and ensure they were all okay.  Then I ordered a filing cabinet.  This was delivered swiftly by a friendly, helpful delivery man.  I would like to say thank you to you all for providing such a wonderful service, from point of sale to after sale service.  Love your work Access Office Staff J.< /p> Kind est regards, Fiona

Thank-you very much for your service and help with our library shelves. They look good in our new building now we just have to get the finishing touches done on the building and we can start to move our books across and set up our library. Hi Stacy, Just hoping you can pass on our thanks to Jon and Steve for their work in Parent Liaison today. They were terrific. Jon’s very calm and had everything well in hand. He and Steve systematically navigated the existing desks etc., Carefully dismantled and removed the old partitions with minimal fuss. They tidied and made good our area well, so we could keep working after they’d finished. And the new partitions installed so far look lovely – the blue is great. They’ll be most welcome when they return on 30 June with the remaining panels and to replace one they discovered had a dent when unwrapped today.

Thank you to James, Jamie, Errol, Jon and all the Access staff who worked on this project. Our shelving, bay ends and curvy children’s shelves look brilliant. Your company have been wonderful to work with, so helpful and professional. The installation was a breeze. I am happy to recommend Access to anyone needing an expert solution to their shelving needs.
