Returns Policy

RETURNS & CLAIMS  

We will only accept the return of standard stock items.

A Standard stock item is an item that we hold is stock.                                             

A Non-Standard item is an item that we purchased or manufactured specifically for our customer’s needs.

Return of goods will not be accepted without prior authorization. The original Invoice number and details must be supplied with your query and any returned goods before a credit can be considered.

DELIVERY QUERIES

All stock is checked and counted as it is being loaded onto transport. If you believe there is a discrepancy with your delivered order (IE: you have not received the entire order, or you have received the wrong colour, etc.) you must advise our office immediately upon receipt of your order.

DAMAGES

All goods are checked and inspected prior to leaving our warehouse.

Claims regarding goods damaged in transit (by our carrier) from our warehouse must be made upon receipt of goods, with our delivery driver. Our driver will contact with our office immediately to sort out the problem.

Once goods are signed for, no return of product will be accepted due to damage that may have occurred at your warehouse, transport Company or your client premises.

PRODUCT SUITABILITY:

Products offered are designed to perform and be used within their stated specification. Final product selection rests with the customer in determining if the items are suitable for their particular application. Access Office Industries accepts no responsibility or liability for improper choice of product or if any product is deemed unsuitable for any particular application

RESTOCKING:

Goods incorrectly ordered will only be considered for credit if they are a standard stock item and returned in the original packaging & condition within a period of 3 months of the invoice date.

Goods will be inspected immediately upon return.

Shop soiled or damaged items will result in a "Re-stocking Fee” being charged.

A minimum inspection & re-stocking charge of 15% shall apply.

All returns are ex our warehouse. Delivery fees WILL NOT be credited and a pick up fee WILL BE charged if we are to collect goods from your premise, should you choose to return a standard item.

Non-Standard items (i.e. items that are purchased or manufactured specifically to order) are non-returnable; therefore please ensure that non-standard items are exactly what you require before placing your order.

CREDIT/REFUNDS:

All returns result in a credit on your trading account with Access Office Industries. If you require us to refund the money to you please contact our Accounts department to make arrangements.
