We needed affordable library shelving as soon as possible and after shopping around we found Access. Not only was their quote substantially cheaper and the shelving products of a high standard but the service was friendly and most helpful and the turn around time extremely quick. We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate in recommending their service to others.

I have a Book Fair running this week, so the greater school community are coming in, and the looks on parents/studen ts faces says it all :) :) ! The transformation is pretty amazing, and once again, I can’t thank you enough for being so helpful with the entire process Errol. Still a few finishing touches to be added, I look forward to the quotes on the soft furnishings. thanks kind regards Robyn

Hello I just wanted to say thank you for the very speedy service and ease of purchasing. My ottomans were delivered and within about 15 minutes of me unwrapping them they were in full use, and all the other staff are very jealous! Thanks again. Kindest regards Shelley Antoni

Dear Errol Our new furniture is lovely. Thanks very much for your care and assistance as well as that of your marvellous team. James and the hard working gentlemen (Peter, Gary and Jon) who did such a great job of the deliveries. They worked quickly, efficiently and were very polite and helpful. Many Thanks

Good morning Stacey,   Thank you, yourself and Jon are truly wonderful. I very much appreciate how easy it is to deal with yourself & Access.   You keep me up to date with every purchase or work order and always convey a happy nature. Your Customer Service is 10/10 and a credit to your employer.   Have a lovely weekend, Cheers.  Kind Regards  Ra e Woolley

Hi Stacy, Just hoping you can pass on our thanks to Jon and Steve for their work in Parent Liaison today. They were terrific. Jon’s very calm and had everything well in hand. He and Steve systematically navigated the existing desks etc., Carefully dismantled and removed the old partitions with minimal fuss. They tidied and made good our area well, so we could keep working after they’d finished. And the new partitions installed so far look lovely – the blue is great. They’ll be most welcome when they return on 30 June with the remaining panels and to replace one they discovered had a dent when unwrapped today.

Good morning gents I wanted to thank you for all your advice, guidance and services this year and to share a few photos with you. Our first exams are underway and the students are experiencing this in our very first set up in the 3 sports halls. Sports hall 1 and 2 are the largest halls, and i think you will agree it looks amazing. We are so excited and relieved and im sure you will understand this feeling. Thank you again, Karen, Manager, Quality and Services Delivery Facilities and Services Centre - Edith Cowan University
